Step 1. Plan with Purpose
We begin with a working session between the pharmacy owner and ThriveRx Consulting to understand the full picture of your pharmacy. This includes reviewing current workflows, services, team responsibilities, communication challenges, marketing efforts, and growth goals. Together, we identify priorities, clarify objectives, and develop a practical plan tailored to your pharmacy’s needs and capacity.
Step 2. Align the Team and Establish Momentum
Once priorities are defined, we schedule focused 30-minute conversations with relevant team members. These sessions ensure everyone understands the goals, their role in the process, and how changes will be implemented. Training, guidance, and accountability are built into these conversations so progress becomes a team effort.
Step 3. Monthly Owner Strategy Touchpoint
Each month includes a dedicated conversation with the pharmacy owner to review progress, address challenges, and adjust priorities as needed. This creates space to solve problems early, maintain momentum, and ensure initiatives continue moving forward without adding additional stress to daily operations.
Step 4. Ongoing Structure and Communication
